Disciplinary History

Equitypandit was served a show cause notice on 11th December 2017 by the regulator SEBI for acting as an Investment Advisor before applying for the Certificate of registration with SEBI as an Investment Advisor and in the a penalty of Rs.40 Lacs was imposed by the Adjudicating Officer on April 02, 2018.
